Consultant Performance

Review will be carried out periodically to assess the overall performance of a consultant and whether or not he/she has been active in bidding for HKU projects, and/or still wishes to remain on HKU lists.

For a project with a contract value of over HK$500,000, a performance review will be carried out within two weeks upon completion of work.  A sample Consultant Performance Report is enclosed here.
