Contractor Performance

Review will be carried out periodically to assess the overall performance of a contractor and whether or not he/she has been active in submitting tenders for HKU projects and/or still wishes to remain on HKU lists.

If a project has a contract value of over HK$200,000, a performance review will be carried out on the contractor. The review will be completed and submitted within 2 weeks of Practical Completion. A sample Contractor Performance Report is enclosed here. An end of project evaluation of the contractor will also be carried out by the client. A sample Evaluation by the Client is enclosed here.

A review on all contractors' performance will be conducted annually. Disciplinary action will be taken if a contractor fails to perform satisfactorily.
