Customer Services Unit also supports the functions held on University campus (including central classrooms, lecture theatres, the Grand Hall, Loke Yew Hall and common areas e.g. Sun Yat-sen Plaza) by providing Physical Arrangements.
Users can assess the extent of services to be requested from the Estates Office depending on the scale and importance of the event.
Should your event require the presence of Security Guards, Attendants, Cleaners, Movers, Gardener, Driver, E & M Technician, etc., please send your request via the online Facility Management system (Event Management) with the key information of the events, such as Time, Venue, number of Participants, Rundown, Guest List, etc.
The Estates Office will review your request based on the nature of the event and the availability of manpower and charges may be induced to user department. (Click HERE for the reference rates)
