The Estates Office provides various services in Project Management and Facility Management, apart from Campus Planning and Development. In this section, you will find the information of our services and relevant details.

Project Management

The Estates Office is responsible for the management of various types of projects for the University, including capital and major projects, alterations, additions, repairs and improvements, renovation and minor works for the campuses. Facility Management

The University has engaged CBRE Limited to be the Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) operator to provide daily operational services including Security, Moving, Cleaning, Maintenance etc. in our CAMPUSES

Senior Staff Quarters

The University has 511 units of accommodation under the Senior Staff Quarters at different locations, with Integrated Facilities Management services provided by CBRE Limited . For details, click HERE.
